CT Surgeon – Tucson Medical Center
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Surgeon to join our established practice. Our CT surgery program is part of the busiest program in South Arizona with interventional cardiology and cath lab partnerships, weekly journal clubs, and structured referral pathways. The system is stable and efficient, supported by on-site NPs for clinic, rounding, and skilled OR assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform adult cardiac surgeries, including CABG, valve procedures, and structural heart interventions.
- Thoracic experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- 3‑5 years of experience; fresh graduates following fellowship training are welcome.
- Fellowship trained in adult Cardiac Surgery
- Proficient in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery
- Experience with multi-arterial CABG, minimally invasive coronary surgery, valve procedures, and/or interest in robotic-assisted surgery
- Commitment to collaborative, high-quality patient care
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Arizona medical license (free of restrictions, probationary terms, or conditions)
- No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction
