Seeking a PM&R physician for a Medical Director role in post-acute care across skilled nursing facilities in the Tucson area. This is a flexible, full-time opportunity with strong clinical and administrative support, leadership development, and uncapped earning potential.
Schedule Options- Full-time: 4–5 days/week or 7 on / 7 off
- Day call weekdays and weekends
- After-hours/night backup call only
- No primary night call
- Post-acute rounding in skilled nursing facilities
- Comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
- Ongoing care coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Patient and family education
- Accurate, timely documentation
- Participate in quality initiatives and facility collaboration

- Estimated annual compensation: $232,000–$279,000 (uncapped productivity)
