- Active Arizona License
- BLS
- Experience accepted in lieu of fellowship
- Board Certified (not required)
- Suboxone certification
- 40 hours per week
- Either:
- 5 eight-hour days, or
- 4 ten-hour days
- On call: TBD
- Adults (18+)
- Average age: 30s-40s
- Residential level of care
- 70-75% productivity expectation
- 28-30 patient caseload for full-time provider
- Patients seen once per week
- 1-hour session (50 minutes + documentation)
- Mix of new and established patients
- Psychiatric rounding
- Weekly patient visits (minimum once per week)
- Treatment team meetings
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Therapy
- Documentation
- Mid-levels onsite (no supervision required)
- Nursing staff, therapy staff, technicians onsite
- EMR: HCS
- Medications administered by facility nursing staff
- Working alongside other medical department providers
- A+ rated malpractice
