The Department of Anesthesiology at Banner University Medical Group Tucson is growing and actively interviewing physician anesthesiologists to provide exceptional patient care in our new community-based model.

• Community‑practice anesthesiology work
• No overnight call, no holiday work
• 100% personal performance
• 17 shifts per month for full‑time FTE
• Part‑time positions welcome, any FTE amount considered
• Outpatient surgical locations (Tucson campus, South Tucson campus, ASC)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Competitive compensation (guaranteed salary + productivity units + shift differentials + value bonus)

As a member of our Community Physician division, you will care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. 100% solo (personal performance) cases only, no subspecialty work.

• Estimated total annual compensation: ~$545,000
• Sign‑on bonus: $50,000
• Guaranteed base salary, productivity, shift differentials, incentive bonus
