Part-Time Primary Care Physician

• Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care for local Medicare patients
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Maintain electronic medical records and collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals
• Lead and coordinate the care team in the clinic
• Perform other assigned duties to ensure patient well-being

Role:
Primary Care Physician

• Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care for local Medicare patients

• Lead and coordinate the care team in the clinic
• Perform other assigned duties to ensure patient well-being

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted state license and active DEA registration
• US work authorization
• Preferred:
  Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adults, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual skills
• Motivated to deliver high-quality, equitable care, including new graduates

• Part-time position with an average of 24 hours weekly
