Position: School Psychologist (25/26 School Year)

Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Tucson, Arizona for the  school year. This is a full-time, hourly contract position for the duration of the school year, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Position Overview

    Full-Time, Hourly Contract (40 hours per week)
  • Contract Duration:
    August 2025 - May 2026 (full school year)
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday, following the school district calendar
  • Compensation:
    Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed.
  • Support Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives.
  • Consult with educators on best practices for student mental health, behavioral interventions, and crisis prevention.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education and psychological services.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification issued by the Arizona Department of Education.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and collaboration.
