Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Tucson, Arizona for the school year. This is a full-time, hourly contract position for the duration of the school year, offering competitive pay and benefits.

August 2025 - May 2026 (full school year) - Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, following the school district calendar - Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed.
- Support Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives.
- Consult with educators on best practices for student mental health, behavioral interventions, and crisis prevention.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education and psychological services.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification issued by the Arizona Department of Education.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and collaboration.
- Hourly pay with weekly direct deposits.
- Full-time hours with a steady contract for the school year.
