Preschool and Child Care Teacher

Tucson, Arizona – Full-Time/Part-Time

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state and developmental guidelines.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Monitor and document children’s developmental progress and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Encourage social and emotional development through play and structured activities.
• Supervise and assist children during daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
