Position Highlights

The HSLopez School of Business Analytics is seeking applicants for a full-time Lecturer or Senior Lecturer position starting at the beginning of the Fall 2026 semester (mid-August). The selected applicant will teach Business Analytics courses and engage in student experience enrichment. This position is expected to be primarily in person in Tucson, Arizona, and may also teach in person in Chandler, Arizona.

This career‑track appointment is not eligible for tenure. • Teach in‑person and online classes at graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Maintain regularly scheduled office hours.
• Participate in service responsibilities at the department, college, and/or university level.
• Mentor individual students and/or student teams.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

• Master's degree in analytics, economics, marketing, information systems, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Must be available to teach in‑person at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

• PhD in analytics, economics, marketing, information systems, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching business analytics/applied statistics/machine learning in person at the college or university level.
• Experience teaching large, in‑person sections of classes.
• Experience teaching case‑based/experiential learning classes.
