The Management and Organizations Department at the Eller College of Management is seeking applicants for a full‑time Lecturer or Senior Lecturer for an academic‑year (9 month) career‑track teaching position to begin in the Fall 2026 semester (mid‑August). This position is open to candidates with interest in teaching courses in Management, with preference given to those with the ability to teach courses on leadership, legal issues in business, artificial intelligence in management, and/or strategic management.

Duties and Responsibilities- Teach in‑person and online courses at graduate and undergraduate levels.
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours.
- Participate in and contribute to department, college, and university service activities.
- Master's Degree, JD, or PhD in Management related field (e.g., Business Administration, Strategy, Legal Studies, Sports Management, etc.).
- At least one year of teaching experience in person at the college or university level.
- Must be available to teach in-person at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
