The Eller College of Management is seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as Lead, Masters of Healthcare Management (MHM) Program providing strategic leadership, academic oversight, and operational management for the MHM Program. This role is responsible for curriculum planning, student experience, enrollment strategy, retention, and continuous program improvement. The incumbent works collaboratively with academic departments, instructional design, advising, admissions, and college leadership to ensure program quality, compliance with accreditation standards, and national competitiveness.
The role also leads initiatives to enhance student engagement, outcomes, and retention through data‑informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Academic Oversight- Lead long‑term program planning, curriculum development, and academic strategy.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and submission of program‑related data to ensure accuracy and alignment with college and university strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, academic policies, and institutional requirements.
- Partner with faculty and academic leadership to maintain curriculum quality and relevance.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance the online student experience.
- Ensure policies and processes are student‑centered, efficient, and clearly communicated across all program touchpoints.
- Address escalated student concerns, academic issues, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor retention, progression, and student outcomes, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Monitor program performance metrics, rankings data, enrollment trends, and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage program policies, academic standards, and internal and external communication plans.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through data‑driven analysis and operational review.
- Partner with Admissions to support recruitment goals, application review processes, and yield strategies.
- Analyze application, yield, and melt data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across the enrollment funnel.
- Ensure timely, strategic communication throughout the inquiry‑to‑enrollment cycle, maintaining a high‑touch experience for prospective students.
- Contribute to annual enrollment forecasting and goal‑setting using historical and predictive data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions related to enrollment, rankings, and student success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Ability to manage complex academic operations and multiple priorities simultaneously.
