We are hiring Lead and Assistant Teachers for multiple classrooms (Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Preschool, and School Age). We’re looking for experienced, energetic educators who understand that childcare is more than supervision — it’s foundational brain development. You’ll be responsible for fostering intellectual, social-emotional, and physical growth in a structured, nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and confident in classroom management. If you take pride in running an organized, engaging classroom and partnering with families professionally, we want to meet you.

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain structured daily and weekly classroom schedules
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Conduct developmental observations and milestone tracking
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Communicate professionally and consistently with parents
• Collaborate with team members and administration

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Ability to manage a classroom independently (for Lead roles)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and time management skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
