A Teacher in the Tucson Unified School District advances student achievement through effective management of the learning environment, including preparing lesson plans, evaluating, and monitoring student performance and progress. • Arizona Secondary Certificate with History OR Social Studies Approved Area OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6‑12 with History OR Social Studies Approved Area
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization

• Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students
• Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement
