SUMMARY
Effectively manage the learning environment to prepare lesson plans, instruct students, evaluate and monitor students’ performance in order to advance student achievement. Understand and appreciate diversity. Work collaboratively with a team to plan instruction. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Arizona Secondary Certificate with History Approved Area OR Social Studies Approved Area AND Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish approved area also required if teaching Spanish) OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with History Approved Area or Social Studies Approved Area AND Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish approved area also required if teaching Spanish)
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
- Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students
- Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement

Pueblo High School - Ajo & 12th Ave Area
FTE : 1.0 - 7.5 hours per day
Work Calendar: 9.5 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
