The University of Arizona is a vibrant campus of 35,000+ students in the heart of Tucson, Arizona. Young Life College at the University of Arizona is a ministry with the hope of building relationships with every student we meet so that all students on campus have the opportunity to meet Jesus and participate in His Kingdom here on earth.

We are looking to hire a staff associate to train and work alongside a full-time College Director in order to reach more students and train leaders to participate in the mission of Young Life.

The University of Arizona is a public research institution and is best known for its space science and exploration research. Tucson is surrounded by majestic mountains and Saguaro forests. That translates to fun events all year, sports and outdoor activities even in the midwinter, and family-friendly weather that almost never gets in the way of things to do.

Founded in 1885, before Arizona became a state, the 392-acre campus of the University of Arizona is situated in the heart of Tucson. With over 350 days of sunshine every year, Tucson is a great place to live, work and play. The second largest city in Arizona after Phoenix, this college town has great outdoor activities, culture and an iconic Southwest feel.

The candidate would be joining a thriving metro Tucson team and would be a part of Arizona/New Mexico Young Life which has a rich and deep 65-year legacy. Our 90 staff people enjoy a flourishing, welcoming community and are deeply committed to the calling to serve Jesus and the mission of Young Life.

The candidate will be recruiting, training and developing a team of college-aged leaders to help lead an outreach club on campus and grow a small group discipleship program.
