Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

We are looking for a school-based experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team for the  school year. The school district is supportive and provides its staff the resources they need to succeed in the classroom.

This is a full-time position that services a K-12th grade caseload. Interviews are being conducted right now, so please reach out to be considered for this position!

• Onsite near the Chino Valley, Arizona area
• Start ASAP
• 40 guaranteed service hours per week
• # students/sites and caseload information will be discussed more in depth with special services' director during interview

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (or related field)
• Valid state (AZ) teaching certification/license in Special Education.
• Prior experience working with students with special needs in inner city is preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide specialized instruction and support to help students achieve academic and social goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
