Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • You have a Valid State teaching license with Special Education certification.
  • You have your Active AZ Fingerprint Card.
  • You have an ADE Certification.
  • You have experience working with students with diverse needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral disorders, and other disabilities.
  • You have a strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs.

What will you do?

  • Assess and track students' skills and learning requirements.
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet each student's individualized needs.
  • Periodically communicate with parents regarding their child's educational progress.
  • Maintain discipline in the classroom.
  • Assist disabled students with their personal and self-help needs.
  • Develop, modify, and update IEPs.

What is in it for you?

  • Compensation: $40+/hr; based on experience.
  • Payment Structure: Weekly pay.
  • Expected

    Schedule:

    40 hours per week.
  • Contract Start: ASAP.
