As part of employment with Mohave College, all facilitators—including temporary and part-time instructors—are expected to utilize basic College technology systems that support communication, training, payroll, and daily operations. These systems include the College’s Single Sign-On (SSO) platform, electronic timekeeping, Neo Gov onboarding and training modules, Microsoft 365 email, and communication tools such as 8x8.
We understand that individuals may have different levels of comfort and experience with technology, and Mohave College is committed to providing guidance, support, and assistance throughout the onboarding process. Our teams are happy to help employees learn and navigate these systems successfully.
Successful facilitators are those who are open to learning, willing to ask questions, and able to engage with the required technology tools as part of their role. While advanced technical skills are not required, the ability and willingness to learn and independently utilize essential College systems is an expectation for all employees and an important part of being successful at Mohave College.
