• Arizona Elementary Certificate with Middle Grades Social Studies Approved Area OR Social Studies Approved Area OR History Approved Area AND Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish approved area also required if teaching Spanish) OR Arizona Middle Grades Certificate with Middle Grades Social Studies Approved Area OR Social Studies Approved Area OR History Approved Area AND Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish approved area also required if teaching Spanish) OR Arizona Secondary Certificate with Middle Grades Social Studies Approved Area OR Social Studies Approved Area OR History Approved Area AND Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish approved area also required if teaching Spanish) OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Middle Grades Social Studies Approved Area OR Social Studies Approved Area OR History Approved Area AND Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish approved area also required if teaching Spanish)
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization

Magee Middle School - Speedway & Pantano Area

FTE : 1.0 - 7.5 hours per day

Work Calendar: 9.5 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.

Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
