Effectively manage the learning environment to prepare lesson plans, instruct students, evaluate and monitor students’ performance in order to advance student achievement. • Appropriate Arizona Teaching Certificate Structured English Immersion (SEI) requirement
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certain endorsement/approved areas(s) may be required for highly qualified/appropriately certified purposes
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions

• FBI fingerprint background check
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization

FTE: .8, 6 hours per day

Work Calendar: 9.5 month

• 5th Grade

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.

Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
