• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Deliver instruction in small groups or one-to-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Adapt materials and strategies to meet diverse learning styles

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience with special education students
• Ability to meet facility requirements, including background checks and compliance
• Strong adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills
