Pilot Plant Operator

In this position you will help with the construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance of an innovative gas-to-liquids plant in Tucson, AZ. You will work under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor and will report to the Director of Refining Technologies. This is an hourly, full-time position and will require working some nights and weekends.

• Operate and monitor FT reactor and associated equipment.
• Ensure safe and efficient plant operation.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs).
• Maintain accurate records of plant activities.
• Encourage collaboration with other operators and departments
• Proficiant in Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
• Follow SOP's
• Participate in ongoing training.

• Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Plant Operator in a processing plant environment.

• The salary range for this position is $22-$30/hour depending on market, skills, and experience.
