Test Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to support a new product development program in the medical diagnostics space
. This is an onsite lab-based role where you’ll work closely with engineering and R&D teams during the feasibility phase of a next-generation diagnostic system.

• Perform hands‑on testing of electro‑mechanical diagnostic instruments
• Execute experiments using assays and tissue samples in a lab environment
• Develop, write, and execute test and characterization protocols
• Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and test method validation
• Analyze test data, document results, and support design inputs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and product performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Test engineering or system characterization
• Medical devices, diagnostics, or lab instrumentation
• Electro‑mechanical systems testing
• Data analysis and technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on, proactive mindset
• Experience in regulated or quality‑focused environments is a plus
