What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate on-time delivery of project documentation and deliverables in line with product development and design change protocols.
- Support project teams with meticulous planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure milestones are met.
- Manage project documents to guarantee completeness, consistency, and compliance with quality system standards.
- Interface with engineering teams and other functional groups, including vendors and consultants, to coordinate project activities.
- Collaborate on change control processes, ensuring seamless integration across project phases and organizational departments.
Required Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree, or 1 year with a Master’s degree.
- Proven project management or project coordination experience.
- Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate interests across multiple teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach to work.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and project scopes.
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience working within regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Background in engineering or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of change control procedures and documentation standards.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with vendors and external partners.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in project coordination within a technical or regulated environment.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-evolving projects.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to interface effectively with engineering and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Willingness to engage with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to medical devices or diagnostics is advantageous.
