Stationary Engineer Power Plant FT Nights Position Summary
Maintains major equipment in the central plant, including chillers, boilers, and associated equipment.
Responsibilities:- Maintains and operates boilers, chillers, and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures.
- Adheres to regulatory and code requirements.
- Maintains and operates Co-Generation and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures.
- Adheres to regulatory and code requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management, consistent with the minimum level of training and department needs.
Candidate Requirements:
Education- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in a related field.
- Required: At least three years of experience with a mechanical contractor or as a stationary engineer in a commercial or hospital setting.
- Required: Licensure as mandated by state law.
