Overview
We are seeking an Obsolescence Engineering IPT Lead in Tucson, AZ to oversee and coordinate obsolescence management activities across programs.
Responsibilities- Leading cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate, and manage obsolescence risks.
- Developing and implementing obsolescence mitigation strategies and plans.
- Monitoring obsolescence trends and coordinating with suppliers and engineering teams.
- Ensuring compliance with program requirements and industry standards.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical expertise in obsolescence management and engineering processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
