As an Ordnance Assessment (OA) Engineer, you will lead and support the execution of testing and analysis efforts for a combined surveillance and shelf-life assessment program.

• Perform missile-level accelerated aging (environmental exposure)
• Execute missile and lower-level teardown inspections.
• Develop energetic item accelerated aging and test plans.
• Coordinate accelerated aging and testing of energetic and mechanical components at designated test facilities.
• Develop assessment reports and present results at customer reviews.
• Review and approve the accuracy, quality and scope of the OA team’s work products.

• Degree in STEM and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with weapons inspections, hardware testing, and/or hardware integration.
• U.S. citizenship required; active transferable security clearance required.

• Experience with weapons loading in accordance with Military specifications.
• Experience with root cause or failure analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of environmental effects on hardware.
• Analytical approach and technical knowledge.

Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
