Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a Systems Engineer based out of Tucson, AZ
Job Duration:Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $50/hr - $60/Hr on W2 Company Benefits:

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Systems Engineer to support Product Development and On Market Support (OMS) activities. This role requires strong experience with electro‑mechanical systems, verification and validation (V&V), and leading technical teams to drive product improvements and resolve complex system issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead development and execution of verification & validation (V&V) strategies and testing.
- Drive requirements engineering, risk management, andFMEAactivities.
- Analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and implement product or process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams indesign reviews, DOE testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Plan and execute engineering projects, identify technical risks, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with8+ yearsof experience
ORMaster’s degree with4+ yearsof experience. - Strong experience working withelectro-mechanical devices.
- Proven leadership in technical problem‑solving, V&V testing, and risk management.
- Experience with
IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile methodologies. - Hands‑on expertise inDOE, FMEA, and structured problem‑solving tools.
- INCOSE certification is a plus.
