Position Overview

Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P2 - Cleared On‑Site/ 3rd Shift MAT Ramp

Shift: 11pm to 8am.

Make quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand resources available, compare urgency, create a path for troubleshooting and/or correction, and deliver final resolution. Communicate the plan to a cross‑functional team and maintain updates.

• Change documentation preparation and presentation
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Own and manage an issue project to completion

Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams, take ownership to see tasks to completion in a timely manner.

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of:
  • Complex circuit card assemblies
  • Electro‑mechanical systems
• Experience using lab equipment, including:
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Logic analyzers
  • Function generators
  • Power supplies
• Ability to interpret:
  • Schematics
  • PCB layouts
  • Bills of Materials (BoMs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware
• Background in designing electronic or electro‑optical subsystems, including:
  • Circuit design
  • Assembly processes
  • Fabrication practices
• Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across:
  • Electrical design
  • Simulation
  • Measurement domains
• Experience with:
  • Subsystem integration
  • Testing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing:
  • Technical guidance
  • Coordination
  • Project oversight
