Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P2 - Cleared On-Site​/1st Shift MAT Ramp

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking an Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P2 – Cleared On‑Site/1st Shift MAT Ramp to join our Client's team.

This position is 1st Shift. 7am-4pm.

On-Site Means they will be working at a Facility.

Responsibilities include the ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshooting and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds.

Lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way.

• Change documentation preparation and presentation
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Own and manage an issue project to completion

Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams, take ownership to see a task to completion in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience

• Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of:
  • Complex circuit card assemblies
  • Electro‑mechanical systems
• Experience using lab equipment, including:
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Logic analyzers
  • Function generators
  • Power supplies
• Ability to interpret:
  • Schematics
  • PCB layouts
  • Bills of Materials (BoMs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware
• Background in designing electronic or electro‑optical subsystems,
  • Circuit design
  • Assembly processes
  • Fabrication practices
• Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across:
  • Electrical design
  • Simulation
  • Measurement domains
• Experience with:
  • Subsystem integration
  • Testing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing:
  • Technical guidance
  • Coordination
  • Project oversight
