Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking an Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P2 – Cleared On‑Site/1st Shift MAT Ramp to join our Client's team.
This position is 1st Shift. 7am-4pm.
On-Site Means they will be working at a Facility.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include the ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshooting and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds.
Lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way.
- Change documentation preparation and presentation
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Own and manage an issue project to completion
Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams, take ownership to see a task to completion in a timely manner.
Education Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of:
- Complex circuit card assemblies
- Electro‑mechanical systems
- Experience using lab equipment, including:
- Oscilloscopes
- Logic analyzers
- Function generators
- Power supplies
- Ability to interpret:
- Schematics
- PCB layouts
- Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware
- Background in designing electronic or electro‑optical subsystems,
- Circuit design
- Assembly processes
- Fabrication practices
- Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across:
- Electrical design
- Simulation
- Measurement domains
- Experience with:
- Subsystem integration
- Testing
- Troubleshooting
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing:
- Technical guidance
- Coordination
- Project oversight
