At Raytheon, this role focuses on systems integration, testing, and field qualification for missile programs.
What You Will Do- Lead a team of Systems Integration & Test engineers in planning and executing lab and field test activities.
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system meets specifications.
- Collect and analyze data, review results, and produce detailed technical reports.
- Mentor team members in RF and digital circuit card integration, including All‑Up‑Round (AUR) procedures.
- Support field testing and travel as required for 1‑2 week durations.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with RF, Digital Hardware and/or Software integration.
- Experience developing test plans.
- Strong communication skills for working with program leadership and customers.
- Collaborated across engineering disciplines to meet program milestones.
- Experience evaluating requirements and using Verification & Validation methods.
- Direct customer engagements experience.
- Experience with projectile programs.
- Familiarity with GPS, IMU navigation systems, and M‑Code GPS receivers.
- Python coding for test automation.
- Experience in RF Datalink Telemetry and missile systems host platforms.
- Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD (annual, based on experience).
