In Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) at Raytheon, you will design, develop, and test solutions for military platforms, ensuring all components meet E3 specifications before delivery.
What You Will Do- Verify development systems for qualification testing per MIL-STD.
- Perform qualification test planning: develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation; execute testing in simulated and real‑world environments; support flight test preparation.
- Integrate systems: collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluate functionality and impact.
- Create and edit documentation for formal testing reviews (TRR, CTS, TDR packages).
- Troubleshoot and analyze: identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging; document and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Travel up to 10% for field test execution.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with QUAL test planning and/or execution.
- Experience with test‑related reviews (CTS, TRR, ESRB’s).
- Ability to obtain an interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start.
- Hardware and software integration experience, preferably on military platforms.
- Lab environment experience, electrical troubleshooting, and use of lab equipment.
- Experience with Qualification MIL-STD testing methodologies.
- Experience working with customer and industry partners.
- Ability to create integration and verification strategies/procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and experience preparing and presenting briefing material.
- Competitive salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
