Integrated Product Team Lead – Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC) System Integration & Test program

Role Type:
Onsite – requires a U.S. government‑issued security clearance and a U.S. citizenship. Travel up to 25% is required, typically for one to two week durations.

• Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC, planning and executing lab and field test activities.
• Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements.
• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications and requirements.
• Collect, review, and analyze data, and provide detailed reports of results.
• Create and modify documentation for formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
• Support field testing and occasional travel for one to two week durations.
• Support proposal and EAC activities.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internally and externally.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
• System Integration & Test experience.
• Experience developing test plans and procedures.
• Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
• Ability to obtain an Interim‑Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date.
• U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Integrated Product Team Lead experience.
• Experience evaluating requirements and applying Verification and Validation methods.
• Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high‑pressure, high‑profile environments.
• Experience creating integration and verification strategies.
• Electrical Engineering experience or exposure.
• Background in Effectors & Systems of Systems.

The salary range for this role is 107,500

USD – 204,500

USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
