Role Type:
Onsite – requires a U.S. government‑issued security clearance and a U.S. citizenship. Travel up to 25% is required, typically for one to two week durations.
- Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC, planning and executing lab and field test activities.
- Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements.
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications and requirements.
- Collect, review, and analyze data, and provide detailed reports of results.
- Create and modify documentation for formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Support field testing and occasional travel for one to two week durations.
- Support proposal and EAC activities.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internally and externally.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
- System Integration & Test experience.
- Experience developing test plans and procedures.
- Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
- Ability to obtain an Interim‑Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date.
- U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Integrated Product Team Lead experience.
- Experience evaluating requirements and applying Verification and Validation methods.
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high‑pressure, high‑profile environments.
- Experience creating integration and verification strategies.
- Electrical Engineering experience or exposure.
- Background in Effectors & Systems of Systems.

The salary range for this role is 107,500
USD – 204,500
USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
