Tucson, AZ (1151 E Hermans Rd, Tucson, AZ 85707). Position:
Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Technician – Onsite. Role Type: U.S. Citizen required. Security Clearance:
Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance required prior to start date.

• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure systems meet specifications and requirements.
• Collect, review, and analyze data, and produce detailed results reports.
• Trace and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems.
• Apply failure reporting, analysis, corrective action, and fault tree analysis.
• Create and modify documentation for formal testing reviews, including Test Plans and Procedures, Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
• Support 20% travel as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math).
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Hardware Systems Integration experience.
• Platform Integration/Flight Test experience.
• Experience evaluating requirements.
• Experience with troubleshooting and failure process.
• Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
• Ability to coordinate multiple team members to meet program needs.

• Experience in RF integration of hardware systems with knowledge of digital signal processing algorithms, advanced waveforms, antenna patterns, and resource‑constrained missile system techniques.
• Experience with RF spectral and temporal effects for sensors and backgrounds, including clutter, multipath, self‑interference, grounding and shielding, and mitigation factors.
• Experience in integrating RF sensor output (modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples) for real‑time RF scene data collection and analysis, including telemetry.
• Test Systems design experience and cross‑disciplinary collaboration (electrical, electronics, mechanical, software, computer engineering).
• Experience with integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile system host platforms.
• Experience presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Understanding and working knowledge of troubleshooting and failure process.

Salary range: $86,800–$165,200 USD (estimates based on experience). Additional compensation may include short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, subject to performance and collective‑bargaining agreements.
