Manufacturing Planner I – Engineering Rapid Build Services (ERBS)
Location:
Tucson, Arizona
Onsite position. U.S. Citizenship required. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (DoD Secret) required prior to start date.
Responsibilities- Actively contribute to the design, acquisition, and manufacturing of complex test equipment including cables, chassis, electro/mechanical fixtures.
- Participate in engineering design reviews.
- Manage and maintain build configuration and quality history records.
- Acquire, track, and manage material from procurement through final delivery of completed test sets.
- Assist in resolving manufacturing issues and oversee delivery of final products to internal and external customers.
- Typical requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). - Less than 2 years of prior relevant engineering experience interpreting engineering drawings related to electrical instrumentation, assemblies, cables, chassis, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering laboratory environment.
- Experience with material procurement.
- U.S. Citizen with active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
- Previous experience working with test equipment or prototype engineering hardware.
- Experience maintaining configuration control of products and drawings.
- Experience interfacing directly with customers in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and database applications.
- Experience with the design, use, and fabrication of electrical instrumentation.

Salary range: 57,200 USD – 108,800 USD. Compensation may vary with experience, function, and responsibilities.
