Senior Systems Engineer - Test Director

Position Overview

Raytheon – Coyote Effector Test Director (TD) – Tucson, AZ. Role:
Onsite. U.S. Citizenship required with Secret clearance. Requires immediate interim clearance.

• Develop and execute test events leading to flight test demonstrations.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and report testing activities.
• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to meet specifications and requirements.
• Prepare documentation for formal test reviews:
  Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), Engineering Safety Review Boards (ESRBs).
• Coordinate between test execution team, customer representatives (when present), and program leads during preparation and execution of test events.
• Travel up to 10% for field test execution.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience with test planning and/or execution.
• Experience with test related reviews (CTS, TRR, ESRBs).
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.

• Experience in a test environment emphasizing execution.
• Expertise in test planning/strategy as well as execution.
• Experience with Coyote flight test operations or rapid development programs.
• Background in Systems Integration.
• Skill diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Experience integrating test equipment, telemetry analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.
• Certification in explosives handling for 1.1 products.
