Secret (interim cleared). Salary Range: $86,800 – $165,200 (USD).

• Lead design, analysis, test and documentation of electronic circuits.
• Plan and execute integration and verification activities in engineering laboratories.
• Provide product test and troubleshooting support; support root‑cause failure investigations.
• Define schedules for job tasking and drive execution within planned budget and schedule.
• Lead individual designs and/or small teams with minimal oversight.
• Support internal and external technical reviews.
• Engage in knowledge transfer activities and mentor junior engineers.

• Degree in STEM (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.) with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with RF, power, analog, digital, or mixed‑signal circuit design and analysis.
• Experience with analog laboratory equipment: waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers.
• Experience with circuit simulation software for analysis or modeling.
• Knowledge of power‑supply topologies (buck, boost, buck‑boost) and analog components (FETs/BJTs, op‑amps, filters, clock/data termination, comparators).
• Experience with subsystems integration and test, statistical process control, and production yield improvement.
• Strong technical writing and formal presentation skills; experience in engineering change notices.
• Experience with electronics CAD for printed wiring or circuit boards.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and with a small technical team.
• Leadership in projects that deliver on schedule, budget and technical commitments; familiarity with earned value or agile execution tools.
• Proposal development experience is a plus.
