Position Overview
Role:
Power & Analog Design Engineer II (Junior Level) – Supporting electrical products and systems through design, test, and sustainment activities.
Location:
Tucson, AZ, USA (Onsite)
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; prior DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance needed.
Responsibilities- Support the design, analysis, test, and documentation of electronic circuits.
- Support integration and verification activities in engineering laboratories.
- Provide product test and troubleshoot support.
- Report execution status to the planned budget and schedule.
- Function as an individual contributor and present work to leadership.
- Engage in professional growth and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Education or experience with RF, power, analog, digital, mixed‑signal circuit design, and/or DSP.
- Experience with analog lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
- Experience with circuit simulation software.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, HFSS, ADS, etc.
- Knowledge of power‑supply topologies, FETs/BJTs, op‑amps, filters, data termination, and comparator circuits.
- Experience with subsystem integration and test, SPC methods, technical writing, presentations, and Engineering Change Notices.
- Experience with electronics CAD for PCB layouts.
- Self‑starter, capable of working independently and with a small technical team.
- Desire to lead design efforts and/or small teams.
- Ability to communicate project status to program leadership and customers.

Salary Range$68,900 – $131,100 USD.
