Security Clearance:
Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance required prior to start. U.S. citizenship required.
- Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog, and/or RF hardware on testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve document concurrency and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause investigations.
- Knowledge of electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis.
- Attainment of RTX Core Certification and Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority training.
- Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis.
- Experience with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Root‑Cause Corrective Action investigations.
- Electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem.
- System design processes, test automation scripting, and PCB fabrication/assembly.
- Experience with Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, HFSS, ADS, signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, IMU, GPS receiver subsystems.
- Subsystem integration, post‑flight analysis, statistical process control (SPC), technical writing, presentation, engineering change notices.
- Self‑starter, independent and team work ability, technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking, reporting.
- Willingness to travel
