What You Will Do
- Validate new or modified test equipment for production use.
- Ensure the operation of test equipment and associated work instructions are accurate.
- Confirm that test equipment and software meet the test requirements specified for the product.
- Monitor and improve the test process through analysis of predictive metrics of trends, failure modes, and test yields.
- Perform preliminary investigation of problem resolution.
- Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
- Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package, which includes drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software.
- Assist in non‑routine fault isolation, diagnosis, and repair of the product or test equipment.
- Lead root cause and corrective action investigations and present findings.
- Provide technical training in both product and test equipment to production test specialists and metrology personnel.
- Must Have:
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a preferred major in electrical engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic electrical engineering knowledge.
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access.
- We Prefer:
- Advanced electronics or electrical engineering education or experience.
- Basic mechanical engineering or basic computer programming experience.
- Hands‑on hardware integration and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with technical writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to develop sustaining solutions to routine technical problems.
- Experience interpreting technical documentation.
- Experience with project execution and data analysis.
- Knowledge of product and test environment.
- Availability to cover additional shifts, including some weekend work.
- Salary range: 57,200
USD – 108,800
