What You Will Do- Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with digital, analog, and/or RF hardware; test and debug complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve production and integration issues.
- Provide technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, and preparation of detailed technical reports.
- Knowledge of electrical components, circuit card assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
- RTX Core Certification and Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Training.
- Degree in STEM with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis or digital signal processing.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Experience in root‑cause corrective action investigations.
- Electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, seeker/sensor, or electronic subsystems, including circuit design, CCA assembly, and testing.
- Proficiency with Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, data links, IMU, or GPS receiver subsystems.
- Subsystem integration and testing, post‑flight analysis, SPC methods, technical writing, and Engineering Change Notices.
- Self‑starter capable of working independently and with a small technical team.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- First shift (Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm).
- Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 (USD)
