Position Overview
Senior Principal Test Systems Execution Lead Engineer – onsite in Tucson, AZ. This role involves working in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems to support test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with design teams to understand system requirements and design test solutions.
- Integrate test systems into the product development lifecycle.
- Deploy and operate test systems to support testing and validation activities.
- Support tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading Test Systems Engineering or equivalent hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities in production, manufacturing, and product qualification environments.
- Experience leading design, development, and/or integration of test equipment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Strong organization, coordination, planning, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers.
- Expertise troubleshooting systems using test equipment.
- Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.
- Experience with Agile processes, gate reviews, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and Agile Methodologies.
Onsite – Requires U.S. Government issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Salary RangeUSD 132,400 – 251,600.
