Onsite. Position requires U.S. citizenship and a valid Secret DoD security clearance. The clearance must be active and transferable on the first day of employment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for resolving production obstacles and supplier issues, including those on the Critical Supplier List for electrical, mechanical, and energetic assemblies.
- Lead supplier audits (RESA and PPV) to ensure compliance with RTX standards and drive manufacturing process improvements, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to cross‑functional teams (CPT, OCE, Program Managers) for technical alignment, issue resolution, and failure investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop action plans, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with RTX policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and be mentored within Raytheon’s culture of professional development; assignments may require domestic and international travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles with experience conducting RESA and PPV audits.
- Experience as a technical leader on a complex subsystem, using problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to address production obstacles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements and competing priorities, using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).

Salary and BenefitsSalary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD, based on experience. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and other programs. Eligibility for annual incentive compensation depends on position level.
