• Verify development systems for Qualification testing per MIL‑STD.
• Develop and implement Qualification test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real‑world environments and execute the testing, supporting preparation of flight tests.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
• Create and modify documentation for reviews associated with formal testing, including Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Document and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• This position may require up to 10% travel during field test execution periods.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with QUAL test planning and/or execution.
• Experience with test‑related reviews (e.g., CTS, TRR & ESRBs).
• Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date.

• Experience with hardware and software integration, preferably on military platforms.
• Experience with lab environment, electrical troubleshooting, and utilization of lab equipment.
• Experience with Qualification MIL‑STD testing methodologies.
• Experience working with customer and industry partners.
• Ability to create integration and verification strategies/procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office tools and experience preparing briefing material.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
