Overview

We are seeking a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer with extensive experience developing and integrating test systems that support hardware and software verification in production, manufacturing, and qualification environments. This role supports the full lifecycle of test equipment-from concept and design through integration, verification, validation, and sustainment.

The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in test architectures, hands‑on experience with automated and custom test solutions, and a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

* Minimum 10+ years of relevant engineering experience

* OR 8+ years with an advanced degree

* Experience with Test Systems Engineering, including:

* Hardware test development

* Test‑software development

* Integration

* Verification & validation

* Test‑system maintenance

* Support in production, manufacturing, and product‑qualification settings

* Hands‑on experience with test equipment design, development, and/or integration

* Must be able to work on cleared DOD SECRET site. Must be able to obtain or currently possess a minimum of a SECRET clearance.
