Role OverviewElectrical Engineer, Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems (LSEGS) Department. Accountable for program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging digital, analog, and RF hardware, including complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve issues that arise during production, testing, and integration.
1st shift (Monday–Friday 7am–4pm).
Professional DevelopmentGain knowledge of electrical components, circuit card assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis. Achieve an RTX Core Certification and receive Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) training.
Required Qualifications- Degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience).
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
- Experience with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers.
- Experience in root‑cause corrective action investigations.
- Electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, seeker/sensor, or electronic subsystem, including circuit design, assembly, electrical test, production/supplier support, test automation scripting, and related industry specifications.
- Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, data links, inertial measurement units (IMU), and GPS receiver subsystems.
- Experience with simulation tools such as Mentor Graphics, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS, or similar.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementation of Engineering Change Notices.

Salary$86,800–$165,200 USD.
