Integrated Product Team Lead – Launcher IPT Lead s onsite role requires an active U.S. Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities- Drive execution of the work scope defined in the program schedule and define objectives and priorities for sub‑IPT leads.
- Communicate status, accomplishments, issues, and assistance requirements to program and business unit leadership.
- Manage team budget and schedule to meet cost and schedule goals while maintaining technical rigor.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager on earned value management (EVMS), responsible for estimated‑at‑complete (EAC) values and reporting business metrics.
- Provide leadership to Sub‑IPTs and other collaborative partners across complex situations.
- Manage engineering support for production of legacy Stinger Blk I launchers under a challenging schedule.
- Lead and/or review production failure investigations to ensure proper corrective actions.
- Provide technical direction and review for Technical Data Package (TDP) maintenance.
- Collaborate extensively with Program Managers, Engineering Directorate Leaders, Chief Engineers, and Technical Subject Matter Experts to maintain portfolio alignment.
- Mentor and guide team members.
- Coordinate with other IPTs to ensure alignment and synchronization of efforts.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing a multi‑disciplined hardware engineering team.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
- Experience with supplier management of subsystems.
- Active, transferable U.S. Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Experience using Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, and risk‑and‑opportunity management tools.
- Advanced degree in STEM.
- Experience conducting technical failure investigations and implementing production solutions.
- Experience managing a multi‑disciplined hardware engineering team through the product development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with the Stinger Blk I Production Program.

Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD (the estimated range may vary with experience and qualifications).
