Position
Configuration Analyst – Onsite, Tucson, Arizona, United States.
Security ClearanceDoD Secret clearance required.
What You Will Do- Assist in the execution of CM activities, including identification, control, verification, and status accounting for systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide support for the introduction of changes to engineering documents and contribute to the implementation of common processes under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help review engineering change data and coordinate updates with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data control teams.
- Support configuration audits by gathering data, identifying potential discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with CM plans and contractual obligations.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining product baselines, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to support configuration and change control activities.
- Engage in on-the-job training to build knowledge of CM processes, tools, and industry standards, contributing to personal and professional development.
- Typically requires a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline and less than 2 years of prior experience.
- Experience working and collaborating in a group environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
- General knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and processes related to configuration management.
- Analytical approach to solving complex configuration challenges.
- Strong competency in project planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies.
- Problem solving skills and ability to identify impact to other organizations.

Salary range: 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
