Security Clearance Requirements

Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance (Secret – Current).

• Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities related to identification, control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements for classified programs.
• Technically support program milestones and contribute to successful reviews and customer interchanges.
• Meet the program’s committed schedule, cost, and performance requirements.
• Actively engage with all Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads for assigned programs to ensure that Configuration Management is actively represented within the program.
• Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities (including classified support).
• Support new proposal efforts and manage program Estimate at Complete (EAC) for CM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related fields.
• 8 years of Configuration Management experience.
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) tools.
• Experience leading projects.
• Familiarity with government standards and processes such as EIA‑649 and the Configuration Management Standard.
• Experience generating Configuration Management productivity metrics and/or reports.
• Experience estimating, proposing, and managing configuration management cost and schedule on a program.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and peers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and present technical briefings to leadership.
• Ability to identify potential complex problems associated with technical engineering data regarding configuration management issues and take corrective action as needed.

• Salary range: $107,500 USD – $204,500 USD (good‑faith estimate).
