Raytheon’s Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems (LSEGS) Department is responsible for delivering affordable and innovative electrical products. This on‑site role involves program execution, cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle, providing resources to drive development and sustainment of land and naval based electrical products.

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems. Prior hands‑on troubleshooting experience is preferred.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
• Work the first‑shift (Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm).

• Knowledge of various electrical components, circuit card assemblies, RF, analog, digital and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
• Achieve an RTX Core Certification and receive Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Training.

• A STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
• Experience with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

• Experience in Root‑Cause Corrective Action investigations.
• Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem, including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub‑tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.
• Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer.
• Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, inertial measurement units (IMU) and GPS receiver subsystems.
• Experience with subsystems integration and test, post‑test flight analysis, problem investigation, Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementing Engineering Change Notices.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and with a small technical team, providing technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% annually.
